1. Acceptance of Terms

GharOrder provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows Vendors to create digital storefronts and accept orders from Customers. By accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are a Vendor, these terms govern your subscription to our software.

2. Description of Service

GharOrder is a software provider. We do not sell groceries, food, or any physical products. Our platform facilitates the ordering process between independent Vendors and their Customers. GharOrder is not a party to any transaction involving the sale of goods from a Vendor to a Customer.

3. Vendor Obligations

Vendors using GharOrder are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their product listings, prices, and availability.
• The quality and delivery of products ordered by Customers.
• Complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to their business.
• Maintaining the security of their Vendor account credentials.

4. Software Subscription & Payments

Vendors agree to pay the fees associated with their chosen subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. GharOrder reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

GharOrder provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any service interruptions, loss of data, or damages resulting from the use of our software. We are specifically not liable for any disputes between Vendors and Customers regarding product quality, delivery, or payments for goods.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GharOrder operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
