Refund Policy

1. Software Subscriptions

GharOrder offers subscription plans for Vendors to use our SaaS platform. We provide a [7-day] trial period or a free tier to allow Vendors to evaluate our software before committing to a paid plan. Once a subscription payment is processed, it is generally non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time through their dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests for software subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of technical failures on our part that prevent the Vendor from using the service for an extended period. Please contact support.gharorder@gmail.com for such inquiries.

4. Products Sold by Vendors

IMPORTANT: GharOrder does not sell any physical products. Any products (groceries, food, etc.) ordered through a Vendor's storefront are sold and delivered by that Vendor. Disputes regarding product quality, incorrect items, or delivery issues must be handled directly with the Vendor. GharOrder is not responsible for issuing refunds for products sold by third-party Vendors on the platform.
